Anna est une jeune fille timide qui vit encore chez ses parents et travaille comme secrétaire dans un cabinet de chirurgie esthétique. Juste après s'être fait larguer par sa copine, elle doit prendre part au mariage de sa soeur. Alors que les préparatifs de la cérémonie la laissent froide, elle croise Sadie, une tagueuse, un soir alors qu'elle sort du travail. Sadie lui explique qu'elle appartient à un groupe révolutionnaire le C(i)A (Clits in Action) qui souhaite libérer les femmes et changer le monde. Séduite par la liberté et l'indépendance de Sadie, Anna la suit et découvre son groupe de rebelles. Elle intègre la C(i)A et prend part aux opérations commandos. Petit à petit l'attirance d'Anna pour Sadie grandit mais celle-ci découvre que son amie a déjà une compagne...
